  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted via e-mail: inspektor.odo@mst.pl.
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, yet necessary to conduct the recruitment process. The consequence of failure to provide such data will be the inability to conduct the recruitment process with your participation.
  4. We shall process your personal data in order to conduct the recruitment process for the position you have applied for, and if you have given your separate consent – also in potential further recruitment processes within 12 months from the date of granting such consent (we will then include your data in our database of employment candidates, which will allow us to use your data in the future and contact you if we are seeking a person for a different/similar position). The processing of your personal data for the above purposes, therefore, takes place on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), a legal provision (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e. in connection with the investigation/defence of our claims or in connection with ensuring the safety of persons or property (yours, ours or others).
  5. Recipients of your personal data, i.e. entities to whom we may make your data available, are entities cooperating with us, in particular, entities providing recruitment or placement services, legal services and the supply of ICT solutions.
  6. Your data shall not be transferred by us outside the European Union/European Economic Area.
  7. Your personal data shall be processed for the duration of the recruitment process, and if you have provided separate consent – also for the period of 12 months after granting your consent to the inclusion of your data in our database of job candidates. Notwithstanding the above, your data shall be processed for the limitation period for potential claims.
  8. You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, limit their processing, the right to their portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw your consent to their processing (such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing which we performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal). You may exercise all the rights indicated by providing us with a written request, by contacting us in this matter by e-mail at: inspektor.odo@mst.pl or by post by sending correspondence to our address with the annotation “Personal data protection”. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00 – 193 Warsaw).
  9. We do not currently plan to process your personal data in an automated manner (including profiling).
